Permission to reprint an article from the Journal for classroom use is generally granted when the following conditions are met:

1. The copies are distributed at or below cost,
2. the author and the Journal are identified,
3. proper notice of copyright is affixed to each copy, and
4. the user notifies the Journal prior to making such copies.
